It is a permanent exhibition of stamps which was established with the permission of Mrs. Tien Soeharto. The idea was triggered by the compilation of Ms. Tien holding a stamp exhibition held by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) at the sixth Asia Pacific Scout Jamboree in Cibubur in June 1981. Then, a stamp museum was built with a Balinese building on an area of ​​9.590 m2 and was inaugurated by President Soeharto on September 29, 1983.
On the right and left wing there are two buildings. The right wing is used by the management office and meeting place, while the left wing is for additional post offices that provide services for PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). This museum exhibits stamp collections from Indonesia and abroad.
