Based in Arizona, you'll be liberated from lesson planning and grading, concentrating entirely on inspiring students to shatter expectations and reach unprecedented heights.

What you will be doing

• Spearhead transformative virtual workshops on critical life skills: public speaking, laser focus, and mastering feedback
• Forge powerful connections with students, individually and in groups, to ignite their passion for learning
• Leverage data-driven insights to precisely track progress and deliver targeted, high-impact motivation
• Cultivate an electrifying virtual environment where students feel unstoppable
• Guide students in setting and conquering ambitious academic goals that push boundaries

What you will NOT be doing

• Teaching academic subjects (our state-of-the-art AI tutors handle this)
• Wasting time on lesson planning or grading assignments
• Managing outdated classroom discipline methods
• Delivering monotonous lectures in a virtual setting
• Adhering to obsolete, conventional educational approaches

Candidate Requirements

• Arizona residency (remote position exclusively for AZ residents)
• Proven track record in coaching and motivating youth (e.g., elite athletic coach, transformative camp counselor, impactful mentor)
• Demonstrated history of exceptional achievement (academic, athletic, or professional)
• Masterful virtual communication skills that captivate and inspire
• Fluency in Spanish OR valid Arizona teaching certification
• Prepared to commence this groundbreaking role between March - June 2025
