We seek a Trauma-Focused Therapist to join our Chapel Hill, NC team.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Obtains an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT for practice in North Carolina
Can commute to the location in person with the possibility of hybrid
At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting
Experience with Psychobiological, Somatic, Body-Based, or Trauma-Focused approaches

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
Must be comfortable using computers - excel, outlook, Athena RMS
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services in both individual and group settings
Comfortable working with children, adolescents, families, or couples
Specialization working with eating disorders
EMDR-certified or experienced
