The Technical Sales Engineer, with expertise in the plastics molding industry to manage and grow customer accounts. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated professional who can build strong relationships, provide technical sales support, and drive business growth.

Some of the Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Engineer include:

• Independently manage existing customer accounts while identifying and establishing new business opportunities.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions.
• Prioritize, organize, and self-manage daily work schedules to meet sales targets.
• Develop accurate technical quotations and communicate effectively using industry-specific terminology.
• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update CRM records and customer sales data.
• Create and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends by reviewing professional publications, attending trade shows, networking, and engaging in professional societies.

Some of the Requirements/Qualifications of the Technical Sales Engineer include:

• 5+ years of experience in the plastics molding industry, with a strong understanding of plastic injection molds.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Skilled in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
• Proficiency in technical product knowledge related to plastics and molding processes.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
