Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Intelligence, this role provides indirect leadership to the site supply chain organization. You will drive process development, tool enhancement, and best practices in finished goods, subassembly, and raw material planning to achieve business objectives. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will assess and address training needs, facilitate onboarding processes, and ensure accurate supply signals, inventory management, and service projections globally.
Stakeholders/Customers:
Collaborate closely with Marketing Product Managers, Plant Supply Chain/Operations, S&OP/Demand Planners, External Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Master Data, Distribution, Transportation, and Business Analytics Teams.
Position Qualifications:
Knowledge:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Access, SQL, and other data management tools.
Experience with Supply Planning Tools and managing through ambiguous situations.
Skills & Abilities:
Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure environments.
Customer-centric approach with strong cross-functional knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, planning, sourcing, and transportation.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
Effective communicator capable of simplifying complex supply chain concepts for diverse audiences.
Multilingual proficiency (Spanish or Mandarin) preferred.
Level of Experience:
5+ years of experience in inventory management and supply planning.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Expertise in Excel and intermediate skills in data visualization and project management.
Preferred experience with SAP ECC, R3, APO, Business Warehouse, and APICS-CPIM certification.
Level of Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience required.
Travel:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time; valid passport required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex supply chain issues and implement effective solutions.
Continuously analyze and improve supply planning processes and tools across multiple categories.
Manage forecast rollouts and inventory targets to minimize obsolescence risks.
Lead tactical projects and new product introductions for specified categories.
Collaborate on DC forecast splits and sourcing strategies for new product launches.
Set and manage finished goods inventory targets to optimize working capital.
Facilitate onboarding processes and provide technical support for planning systems.
Ensure data integrity across planning systems and support service issue resolutions.
Coach and develop capabilities within manufacturing site planners and supply chain leaders.
Maintain a commitment to quality and customer service excellence.
