Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee residents' physical care, behavior management, and development of positive habits and attitudes.
• Assist in meeting service plan goals and maintain supervision of assigned residents.
• Ensure accurate documentation and perform required testing.
• Attend mandated training and fulfill other assigned duties.
• Ability to support constructive resident-family interactions and resident involvement in community activities.

Qualifications

• bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Desired 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services preferred.
• Possess the temperament to work with and care for individuals, some with special needs in multiple age ranges.
• Understanding of organization's mission and values.
• Ability to maintain safety, structure, and program integrity.
• Valid driver’s license meeting insurance guidelines.
