What we do
S trategists (also known as Strats) play important roles in portfolio design and construction, surveillance and risk management analytics, and valuation/stress-testing of illiquid products. A strategist will build scalable extensible platform that use quantitative and analytical methods to provide solutions to critical business problems.

Your impact
As a strategist, you will build high performance analytical platforms to provide insights on investor/investment returns and to help our business grow. Str at team members will assume responsibility for developing both analytics and the applications for interacting with those analytics. Strats are given ample opportunity to collaborate with the business to define creative solutions and develop novel analytical methods. The daily interactions with other team members across geographies demands an ability to communicate clearly about complex financial, business, and computational concepts. You will create advanced computational architectures and applications to meet the challenges of a rapidly growing and evolving business, with a strong focus on long term sustainability and extensibility through continuous deployment, automated testing, and thorough data modeling.
