Salary: $90,000 – 110,000

What your future day will look like:

• Lead integration of the Quality Management System.
• Develop quality metrics, design and production certification plans.
• Create criteria for supplier selection.
• Analyze nonconforming products and create corrective actions.
• Perform quality audits.
• Identify areas of improvement from data analysis.
• Ensure 5S principles are met each day.
• Oversee production training and skills assessment programs.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years working in quality management.
• ISO and IATF experience strongly preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with electrical component assembly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
