**TITLE: ** Quality Supervisor

Reports to: Manager, Quality Assurance

Supervises: QC Inspectors

1st Shift - hours 07:00am - 3:30pm

**- Direct Experience in Electronics PCB Assembly Industry Required - **

Job Summary

Performs any combination of the following tasks to inspect printed circuit boards, electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and products:

• Examine PCB Assemblies for defects.
• Verifies proper insertion of components and solder per IPC Specifications and customer requirements.
• Verifies compliance with prints, schematics and assembly documentation.
• Accepts and or rejects product, documenting the results
• Ensures that the revision level is correct, that Engineering Changes have been implemented as required and that previous operations have been completed prior to release to shipping.
• Navigate and provide direction on quality standards according to ISO9001, 13485, AS9100, AS9102, IPC-610, IPC-JSTD and ITAR
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Maintain detailed documentation according to QMS, regulation standards and IMS processes and procedures.

***Decisions: *Directs and distributes work load, works as part of a team making recommendations and decisions in support of ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS

• Excellent Knowledge of electro/mechanical industry specifications related to IPC Standards for assembly, solder and repair.
• Completion of Inspection reports, ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and other product documentation as provided.
• Good communications both written and verbal.
• Leadership skills to successfully lead a team of Inspectors in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485, AS9100, AS9102, IPC-610, IPC-JSTD
• Excellent Knowledge of ITAR regulations

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• 5-10 years of experience in Quality Control for PCBA Manufacturing industry.

- IPC-610 Certified, ASQ Certification a plus
