Position: Pick and Pack Associate (MDC)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders for shipment and ensure correct items are packaged.
- Scan various items using a handheld scanner.
- Operate dollies and carts to move products around the warehouse.
Position: Inbound Associate (PDC)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with labeling and repetitive work tasks.
- Perform tasks related to pick and pack operations with less physical activity.
- Contribute to a high work ethic and maintain productivity.
Important Candidate Reminders:
- No time off in the first 2 weeks or start date may be rescheduled.
- Arrive on time to avoid being turned away.
- Cell phones are not allowed in the production area.
- No headphones, air pods, or earbuds are permitted.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for the entire shift.
- Work may involve significant downtime and repetitive tasks.
Dress Code:
- Acceptable attire: Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes with a hard sole.
- Unacceptable attire: Crop tops, spaghetti-string tanks, jackets, boots higher than mid-calf, sandals, or shoes without a hard sole.
Facility Details:
- There are two buildings, approximately 7 minutes apart, both climate controlled, clean, and well-organized.
Shifts and Pay:
PDC 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm, pay rate of $17/hr.
PDC 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am, pay rate of $19/hr.
Weekends- 1st shift schedule: Friday, Sat, Sun with OT on Monday
6am-5:30pm Pay rate: $21 an hour
