Mondo Motion LLC, a leading transportation company, is seeking OTR Owner Operators to join our team. Responsibilities

• Transport goods and materials over long distances in a safe and efficient manner.
• Plan routes and meet delivery deadlines while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Complete thorough and accurate paperwork, including logs and delivery documents.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary maintenance on the truck.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized trucks to represent our company professionally.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Own a reliable and well-maintained tractor-trailer.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OTR truck driver.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screenings as required by law.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a cell phone with texting and data capabilities.
