Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading senior care franchise in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct care to our senior clients and assist them with their daily activities, while promoting their safety, well-being and independence. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to senior clients, in accordance with their care plan and individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation.
- Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with medication management.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, ensuring their safety and preventing accidents.
- Report changes in clients' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor or RN.
- Document care provided and client's progress accurately and timely.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, and promote a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in the state of Hawaii.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a CNA, preferably with seniors.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check, drug test, and physical exam.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
