For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Work closely with the Lead Light Artist to achieve the desired visual aesthetics for the game.

• Develop environment-specific lighting that complements the art direction and enhances gameplay.

• Create and implement final light look development to ensure visual cohesion and aesthetic excellence.

• Optimize lighting for performance without sacrificing visual quality.

• Collaborate with environmental artists, material artists, and technical artists to integrate lighting effectively.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lighting techniques and industry trends.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years experience in lighting for video games, with a focus on AAA titles.

• Mastery of industry-standard lighting tools and software.

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or other industry-standard game engines.

• Experience in PBR (Physically-Based Rendering) workflows.

• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to creating high-quality work.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time without compromising artistic vision.
