Role Description

We are looking for Experienced Licensed Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Miami Beach, FL . This full-time role is perfect for driven professionals who are passionate about real estate and eager to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

📍 Current Openings: Miami & Fort Lauderdale

We are actively hiring experienced Realtors across key South Florida submarkets, including:

✨ Coral Gables, North Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Doral, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Weston, and Pompano Beach.

If you have a proven track record in real estate and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Follow up with buyer leads seeking to purchase homes
• Identify and search for properties that meet buyers' criteria
• Conduct property showings with prospective buyers
• Write, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Ensure all contract conditions are met before closing
• Utilize technology and CRM tools to manage leads and transactions

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 2+ years of experience as a Realtor (agents with less experience may be considered if they meet other qualifications)

✔️ Valid real estate license in Florida

✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✔️ Knowledge of the South Florida real estate market

✔️ Experience making sales calls to leads via phone (a plus!)

✔️ Tech-savvy with experience in social media marketing

✔️ Self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude

✔️ Professional appearance & strong client service skills

✔️ Driver’s license & reliable automobile
