We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our office and be an integral part of the team. For this job listing, experience in immigration law will be helpful but not required. Our first priority is that you have the underlying skills and character that will serve as the foundation to build more experience on top of.

You will be working under the owner and principal attorney Cody Fullmer. He will mentor and guide you into becoming an experienced immigration attorney. Your caseload will primarily be removal proceedings in the detained setting. We welcome those with experience in immigration, but also willing to train you from the ground up.

Compensation will be determined by your capabilities and level of experience, but the minimum will be $80,000.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in any of the United States.
• Be in good standing with any applicable Bar Associations.
• Spanish proficiency is required for you to communicate with the majority of our clients. The owner and all staff are fluent in Spanish.

Role and Duties:

• All our clients are happy, we pride ourselves on this as it makes for a very peaceful work environment. Therefore, you will need to continue to provide kind and caring service.
• You will communicate often with clients always keeping them informed. Following up with the clients as necessary.
• You will need to effectively manage your caseload.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $80,000, based on capabilities and experience. 

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits: Free parking, Paid sick time, Paid time off

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, No nights, No weekends

Travel requirement: Travel to Tucson Immigration Court, to ICE Detention Centers in Eloy and Florence, AZ

Language: Spanish (Required)

Ability to Commute: Phoenix, AZ 85016 (Required)
