Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform equipment and parts upgrades as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC installation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary:

• Depending on experience, our average Installer makes between $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $85,000 annually. Imagine the possibilities with uncapped earning potential!
