Who we're looking for:

ARC Document Solutions is currently seeking candidates for an installer position at our Columbus, OH office. In this position you will be involved in installations of signs on posts in ground, banners on brick, and vinyl on windows and vehicles.

Payrate: starting at $21.00

In this role you will:

• Operating and maintaining power tools, equipment, and work van
• Closely following provided detailed instructions on installations
• Adapt to quick changes in scheduling and workflow
• Be able to work and communicate effectively in a team atmosphere
• Always maintain professionalism in the office and on job sites
• Perform any other tasks, duties, or functions directed by the Production or Branch Manager

Requirements:

• High school graduate / GED completion
• Active drivers license
• Ability to safely and responsibly drive a work van
• Willingness to work reasonable overtime when needed to meet customer demands and shop goals
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Time management in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A base knowledge power tools and small engine machinery
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal oversight
• Utilize critical thinking and problem solving
• Always maintain a positive attitude and a team first mentality
