Job Description
General laborer needed for general contractor and property management company. Candidate should possess a basic knowledge of general construction to include operating machinery, assisting skilled laborers, and preparing building materials for upcoming projects. Candidate will be required to perform routine maintenance for rental properties such as drywall repairs, filter changes, and trash/debris removal. Former construction work experience is preferred but not required.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license, cooperative spirit, ability to follow instructions, and pass routine drug tests. Candidate must also be able to lift more than 50 pounds.
