YOUR DAY AS A GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

As a Guest Service Representative - Front Desk Receptionist at our hotel, your day is dynamic and fast-paced. You start by checking guests in and out, ensuring each experience is smooth and welcoming. You communicate regularly with all departments to get tasks done efficiently. Answering phones, making reservations, and attending to guests' needs or requests with a smile are critical to your hospitality role. Your area stays clean and organized, and you're always ready to handle cash responsibly. At the end of your shift, you'll ensure your checklist is completed, leaving the next team prepared for success. It's a role where your communication and organizational skills shine!
