Our mission is to make agriculture healthier, safer, and more productive by partnering with nature. We have established a strong presence in the specialty crop and horticulture markets in the United States, providing pollination solutions and integrated pest management systems. We are expanding into the row crop industry with a new line of biological products including biostimulants, biofungicides, and bionematicides. We focus on gathering product-supporting data from land grant universities and certified research organizations while building brand awareness. Join us in our mission to revolutionize the row crop market with sustainable biological solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Representative to position and sell our products effectively.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret field trial data to provide valuable insights to potential growers. Input data from the field in the corporate protocols aligned with the global compliance data collection.

  • Drive product promotion and education through participation in cold calls, trade shows, conferences, and social media to enhance brand visibility.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Koppert products, agricultural methodologies, and market strategies.
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in the agriculture industry, with on-farm experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capable of making confident, data-driven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ag inputs and diverse application practices (in-furrow/other seed treatment processes).
  • Possess strategic thinking, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills with the ability to adapt to new environments.
  • Work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

  • Frequent amount of commercial travel to visit customers, attend trade shows, and company meetings; this role will require you to travel up to 70% of the time with overnight stays at least 50% of the time.
  • Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions while on technical visits or running field trials.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to regularly sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 70% of the time.
  • Ability to control emotions under various levels of pressures, stress, and fast-paced activities.
