About The Role
With our head office in France, Hintz has more recently opened an office in North America and is currently building a team of energetic, nimble and passionate individuals. You will be hands-on across a variety of projects, with a huge opportunity for career progression and play a critical role within the team on a daily basis.
We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail to join us as our Entry-Level Business Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager Technical Programs, the Entry-Level Business Analyst will utilise analysis and design knowledge to gather and translate high-level requirements into product briefs. Working closely with members of the Digital Programs team, the business analyst will help turn these requirements into digital solutions which strike the balance of user needs, business drivers and technical capabilities. The role requires project coordination capabilities, best practice design knowledge and innovative solution thinking to deliver outcomes that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities
- Understanding, documenting and translating business requirements into solution briefs for new products or enhancements.
- Creating storyboards, user flows and process flows to communicate user and system interaction
- Designing wireframes and prototypes for presentation, review, and analysis
- Testing products and enhancements to identify bugs and areas for refinement
- Analysing and improving user experience across new and existing digital solutions
- Supporting BAU systems (e.g. Dynamics, Optimizely, SharePoint, PowerApps) and other developed solutions in combination with the IT team and members of the Technology Programs team
- Managing vendor relationships as and when required for delivery of digital solutions (e.g. track issues, test and track progress)
- Managing internal stakeholder expectations
- Utilising agile methodology for prioritisation and delivery of tasks and functionality related to digital experiences
About You
- Qualifications in Finance, Business or Data Analytics
- Experience with SA BI (Business Objects) dealing with large volume data would be advantageous
- Ability to interpret, compare and communicate data and reports
- Computer savvy and master at using various operating systems
- Acumen for numbers and details and strong attention to detail
- Strong team player
