Integrated Community Services is hiring a full-time Hiring Coordinator to focus exclusively on hiring and training new Direct Support Staff...no filling in, to pulling shifts, no scheduling, grocery shopping, or any other responsibility that is not related to hiring and training new staff and building great teams!

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a group setting and managing other staff in that setting. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, teaching, and sharing our passion for providing quality care to people with special needs.

We have proven systems and quality software to keep the hiring and training process streamlined and organized. But we still need that special person to make it happen...someone who can select the best people and turn them into well-trained and highly motivated caregivers.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (with an 1 hour Lunch)

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining up-to-date information regarding open positions.
  • Oversee job postings and weekly monitoring on recruitment websites.
  • Creation and Distribution Job Flyers.
  • Coordinating recruitment projects with outside staffing
  • Applicant screening and initial contact.
  • Assist applicants in completing electronic job applications and obtaining necessary documents for background checks.
  • Coordinate with area supervisors to make final selections.
  • Assist in conducting and coordinating new employee orientation.
  • Coordinate new employee "shadowing" with veteran staff on site.
  • Follow up with new employees periodically to determine job satisfaction, additional training needs, and to provide overall support.
  • No travel required but encouraged occasionally to build relationships with and provide training to local teams.

  • No history of Medicaid fraud.
