Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Luxury Guest Services Associate to join our dedicated team at The Radcliff. This pivotal role requires a passion for delivering exceptional and personalized customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a front-of-house setting, providing warm welcomes and tailored support to our residents and their families, ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Warmly greet residents, families, and guests with a welcoming smile and attentive demeanor, ensuring they feel cherished and supported.
  • Proactive Engagement: Anticipate needs and provide prompt assistance to enhance the overall guest experience, embodying the high standards of luxury service The Radcliff is known for.
  • Maintain a Professional Environment: Ensure the front desk area is impeccably organized and presentable, contributing to the sophisticated ambiance of our facility.
  • Efficient Communication: Handle inquiries and direct calls with precision and courtesy, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among staff and departments.
  • Confidentiality and Privacy: Uphold strict privacy standards in all interactions, safeguarding the personal information and dignity of our residents and guests.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient, supportive, and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in luxury customer service or front-of-house roles is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally.
  • Personality: A proactive, empathetic, and enthusiastic personality, eager to create memorable experiences for residents and their families.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
