About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The COO will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of operational functions, including Clubhouse management, human resources, compliance, safety, technology, and facilities. This role is pivotal in leading the day-to-day operations, championing the organization's mission, and ensuring that all activities are in line with the values of safety, fun, and inclusivity. The successful candidate will be a key driver of process improvements, foster a culture of trust, and ensure that the organization's policies are aligned with its goals. Key responsibilities for the COO include strategic leadership, operational excellence, facilities and safety management, community engagement, and partnership oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on creating a culture of belonging, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a proven track record in operations management. They should possess strong strategic planning, budgeting, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in productivity tools is required, and the role may involve local travel and flexible hours.
