Job Title: Change Management (Mid to Sr Manager)

Location: SF (Hybrid Mode)

Skills -

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand change impacts and support implementation.
• Design, develop, and deliver change management communications, training programs, and support materials.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation tactics to support a smooth transition.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to help them support their teams through change.
• Monitor and evaluate change adoption, collecting feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change management frameworks and tools within the organization.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5 –7+ years of experience in change management or related roles (depending on seniority).
• Experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work across organizational levels and with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, JIRA, etc.).

Certifications (Preferred):

• Prosci Change Management Certification
• PMP or other project management certifications
• Lean Six Sigma (if relevant to industry)
