We are currently seeking a Business Professional - Business Analyst for our client in the Professional Services domain. Role Description: As a Business Professional - Business Analyst , you must have at least 5+ years of experience.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience and ACBS Advanced Commercial Banking System (FIS product) experience for 1-2+ years. At a high level, the following could be key responsibilities.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and clarify business requirements for the ACBS servicing system.
- User Story Definition: Work with the Product Manager and team to translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Process Modeling: Support the team in analyzing and documenting existing business processes and suggesting improvements or changes to optimize efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Understand and analyze data requirements, ensuring data integrity, and making data-driven decisions.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support the team in UAT and working with testers to validate that user stories meet business requirements.
- Change Management: Support the team to assess the impact of changes and help manage the transition to new processes or systems, including training and support.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of requirements, user stories, and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, gather feedback from stakeholders, and work with the team to implement changes
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
