Blood Bank Specialist need in Northern Vermont - Permanent Hire, Day shift - CLICK AND APPLY NOW!

BS degree is required
May be expected to cover other departments such as Hematology, Urinalysis, and Chemistry
Prior Blood Bank experience needed in addition to: Type & Screen and crossmatching units

Aggressive Inventory Management Advance Antibody Identification and Antigen Typing Experience in both tube and gel technology Development and maintenance of policy and procedure Training of new staff Serving as technical resource for technologists and providers Oversight of departmental QA/QC/PM and Quality Improvement initiatives Accreditation standard and participation in CAP inspections Additional Information: Award winning healthcare facility, full benefits, competitive pay, a sign on bonus and/or relocation assistance, 30 minutes from Burlington, VT (amazing location)!
