Beverage Cart Attendant (P/T) This position primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons by offering a selection of beverages and snacks while they enjoy their rounds of golf. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Qualifications Drive the beverage cart throughout the golf course to offer beverages and snacks to golfers. Engage with golfers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, including stocking and restocking inventory as needed. Accurately record sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure adequate supply of beverages and snacks. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages. Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as assisting with event setup or other hospitality duties. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures. At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment. Skills And Abilities Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse individuals. Effective communication skills to effectively engage with customers and coworkers. Attention to detail to accurately record sales transactions and maintain inventory levels. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to drive a beverage cart safely and responsibly throughout the golf course. Ability to lift and carry beverage containers and restock inventory as needed. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially during busy periods. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Working Conditions Location: On Site Physical Demands Weekly hours 20 - 25 per week (Thursday Sunday) Works outdoors, subject to temperature extremes and excessive noise. Constant reaching, sitting, walking, and stooping. Performing work through repetitive eye/hand coordination. Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
