As an Agent in Training at the Mitch Joseph Agency, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional insurance solutions to our valued clients. Your role will involve building and maintaining meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and tailoring insurance packages to ensure comprehensive coverage. This position allows for a clear path to owning your very own Farmers agency! You will have the opportunity to mentor under one of the top agencies in the state, learning the ropes of insurance sales and what it takes to be an agent. You'll make a significant impact on our business while helping individuals and families safeguard their assets and achieve peace of mind.

Hands on Training

• Prospect warm leads through calls, emails and or text messaging.
• Complete daily lead goals by contacting and quoting new clients through Agency Zoom.
• Educate clients on insurance products and recommend coverage options that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Meet and or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.

• Previous experience in the insurance industry is welcomed but not required.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain a Michigan State Insurance license.
